**NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IN STORE OR ONLINE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE HEALTH AUTHORITY**

Returns: Thank you for shopping at Hermosa! Don't love your purchase? Don't Worry!! We will gladly take back online orders* within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned with tags attached,
unworn and unwashed to qualify for an exchange. 

All returns or issuing of a store credit are available at no cost in store.
 
At this time for online transactions, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.


*Sale items, intimates, body care, hosiery, booby tape, jewelry, gift cards, e-gift certificates, socks and bodysuits are final sale and may not be returned. 

Returns for Online Purchases made with Gift Cards or Store Credits: 
Refunds can only be made in the form of a store credit. You will be emailed with a specific coupon code that does not expire. The amount can be redeemed at checkout.

This Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.hermosashop.ca. All store purchases may only be returned in store.
